"We have been with John Fitell’s office for YEARS. Even when we moved out of Burlington and into Charlotte, we never swapped. This office always is quick (and I’m always a last minute person) when we need it (like for my teens license and I was AT the DMV). They are helpful. I will ask if theirs anyway to save a little on my bill and they will tell me if anything applies and help me set it up (like safe and save). I love that I can contact via email, call or text. I work a lot of long hours and texting works best for me and it doesn’t get stuck in my junk mail. John and Tyler at this office are the two I’ve dealt with and I love them both. Worth swapping if you have someone else bc you need an agent you can trust!"

"John Fitell is an outstanding insurance representative. He is a very caring person who takes his time getting to know each of his customers personally. My parents were customers of State Farm and because of John's personality, my husband and I have been with him for over 27 years. He is a fantastic person who goes above and beyond to help his customers. And just like the commercial...like a good neighbor State Farm is there! We know we can always count on him. We live over an hour away & still won't switch to a different company or agent! John Fitell is dependable and someone you want in your corner if an accident happens."
